Payments

:For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

1. Payment & Pricing:

a. The price of your holiday has been quoted in INR. Since these prices are subject to currency fluctuations – the higher of the two will be charged at the time of completion payment for your booking.

b. We urge our esteemed customers to make the complete payment at the time of booking to avoid any charges arising out of fluctuations.

c. In case of part payments, Ghumega India reserves all rights to charge the higher value
applicable as per the quote, till the time final payment does comes in

d. We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case full and final payment is not made at the time of booking and later USD rate fluctuates . To avoid such situations, please make full and final payment at the time of booking

2. Payment by Credit Cards:

a. Your verbal authorization, given to your Travel Agent, for the use of your credit card indicates your compliance with our booking conditions and confirm your reservation whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate authorization form. In the case where the travelers pays with a third person credit card, a written proof of consent must be provided. Once a credit card has been forwarded to Ghumega India to guarantee a reservation, the travel agent becomes responsible for payment and must keep a signed copy of the customer's authorization on file.

In the event that a cardholder refuses to honor a charge due to the absence of signature, the

Travel Agent will be held responsible for full payment of the services.

3. Payment Terms :

30% of the Total amount is in advance

20% of the Total amount in another 15Days

Rest 50% of the remaining balance 15Days Prior to the departure

Full an final Payments should be received 15Days prior to the departure

4. Cancellation policy :

Booking amount is completely Non refundable

45Days prior to the departure 25% of the T.Cost

30Days Prior to the departure 40% of the T.Cost

20Days Prior to the Departure 60% of the T.Cost

10Days Prior to the departure 100% of the T.cost

5. Know your Customer:

a. As per RBI Guidelines, for any international booking being made, Ghumega India will need a copy of passport of all the passengers travelling to the destination

6. Travel Insurance:

a. We strongly recommend customers purchase travel insurance that covers the risks associated with travelling to a foreign country such as emergency medical assistance and hospitalization as well as cancellations coverage and lost baggage. Consult with your Travel Agent for the plan best suited to your needs.

7. Taxes and Service Charges

 a. All tour packages are subject to various charges, such as destination hotel taxes and service charges, port taxes on cruises, local government taxes, handling charges as well as on packages inclusive of an airfare, airport taxes, security fees and departure tax.

b.  All such charges, as known at the time of printing, are included in a Ghumega India package price. However, such charges are subject to change and unless a holiday package is fully paid any increase will be paid by the passenger.

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Liability:

i) Operator shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Client or any person traveling with him for:

a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.

b) Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by the provision of accommodation refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.

c) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including wilful negligence on the part of any person.

d) If in the event that the Customer is booked on a particular airline and the said flight is over booked/cancelled for whatever reason and Customer is not allowed/able to board the flight, the Customer shall not hold the Operator responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by the Customer against the Operator.

ii) Operator shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damages caused to the Customer due to reasons beyond the control of the Customer including Force Majeure/Vis Major.

iii) In the event that Operator is unable to conduct a particular Tour the Operator shall at its own discretion refund the amount of cost of the said Tour to the Customer without any interest on the same The client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect in respect of the same.

iv) If in the event that the Customer is booked on a particular airline and the said flight is over booked/ cancelled for whatever reason and the Customer is not allowed / able to board the flight, the customer shall not hold the Operator responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by the Customer against the operator.

Please Note : We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc. In case of any natural disaster & pandemic there will be non refund, all we can do is we will shift your trip to new dates & necessary flights, train tickets cancellation will be applicable as per their term & conditions.
